Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed below:

• "Platform" — the php999 website, mobile web interface, and all games and services accessible at php999.net.
• "Account" — the registered player account created by a User on the php999 Platform.
• "Funds" — real-money balances held in a Player's php999 wallet, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits issued by php999 that are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any real-money stake placed on a game outcome via the php999 Platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification procedures conducted by php999 in compliance with applicable regulations.
• "PAGCOR" — the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" — any country, territory, or region where accessing or using the php999 Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Self-Exclusion" — a voluntary account restriction requested by a Player that suspends all betting and deposit access for a defined period.

Use of the php999 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering, you warrant and represent that all of the following conditions are met:

1. You are a natural person of at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by PAGCOR for casino-style online gaming in the Philippines.
2. You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and gameplay, or in a jurisdiction where accessing php999 is not prohibited by local law.
3. You are not listed on any self-exclusion register or equivalent prohibited-person list maintained by php999 or any Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of php999, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
6. You have not previously had a php999 account suspended or permanently closed for breach of this Agreement.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one (1) active php999 account. Operating multiple accounts simultaneously — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. php999 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any associated wagers and balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. You must update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your php999 login credentials. You must not share your password, username, or OTP codes with any third party. php999 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility. You must notify php999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 KYC and Identity Verification

php999 may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys / National ID, SSS, UMID, Driver's License, or Passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts with pending KYC requests may have withdrawal access temporarily restricted until verification is completed.

All deposits to php999 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through the following approved payment channels:

• The minimum deposit is ₱100 per transaction.
• php999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The deposit method must be registered under your name.
• Deposits made from fraudulent or disputed payment sources will be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
• php999 does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction fees in accordance with their own terms.
• php999 does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed in the current approved payment options published on the Platform.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are disbursed exclusively to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit and registered under the same name as the php999 account.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within an average of three (3) minutes from approval. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day.
• php999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawals of ₱50,000 or above per single transaction, which may extend processing time by up to two (2) business days.
• Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be withheld pending completion of outstanding KYC verification requests.
• php999 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, payment provider fees may apply.

php999 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other incentives. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Each promotion is available to one eligible account per person, per household, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before Bonus Funds may be converted to real-money withdrawable balance.
• Wagering requirements apply separately to Bonus Funds unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• php999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent outside of their stated wagering conditions.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including coordinated play, arbitrage strategies designed to extract bonus value, or exploitation of promotion mechanics — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in account termination.

7.1 Game Integrity

All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on php999 are independently certified for fairness and randomness by accredited testing laboratories. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical equipment — cards, wheels, or dice — under HD video supervision. Crash game results are provably fair with cryptographic verification available for every round.

7.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a software malfunction, game freeze, disconnection, or any technical error that disrupts a game in progress, php999 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Player's wallet. Winnings arising from demonstrable technical errors — including but not limited to paytable display errors or game configuration errors — are void and will not be paid.

7.3 Maximum Payout

php999 may apply a maximum single-transaction payout limit. The applicable limit is displayed in the game information panel for each title. php999 reserves the right to split payments across multiple transactions where a single payout exceeds this limit.

7.4 Sports Betting Specific Rules

Sports and event betting outcomes are determined by official results from the relevant governing bodies (e.g., PBA, NBA, PAGCOR-sanctioned sabong, UFC). php999's trading team may void markets or settle at adjusted odds where official results are disputed or where significant pricing errors occurred. Cash-out offers, where available, are subject to real-time market conditions and may be withdrawn at php999's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the php999 Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts simultaneously (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or coordinated crash game cash-out strategies.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software or game engines.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the Platform.
• Using the Platform in connection with match-fixing, insider information, or any activity that compromises the integrity of sporting events.
• Accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable local law.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing php999 staff or other players through any communication channel.

php999 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close accounts found to be in violation of any of the above, to withhold or void associated balances, and to report conduct to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities where required.

php999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The following tools and policies are in place for all accounts:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from the Account Settings panel. Decreases to a limit take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts at intervals from 30 minutes to 4 hours to prompt review of playing time and spending.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may pause their account for 24, 48, or 72 hours. During a cooling-off period, login, deposits, and betting are suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for 30, 90, or 180 days, or indefinitely. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the chosen period has elapsed.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications during active sessions display time elapsed and net position at player-defined intervals.

All content on the php999 Platform — including but not limited to brand names, logos, game graphics, software, text, design elements, user interface components, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of php999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from php999.

To the fullest extent permitted under Philippine law, php999 expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

php999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical errors; loss of data; service interruptions; unauthorised account access; or delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment processors (including GCash, PayMaya, or banking institutions).

You may close your php999 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Any verifiable real-money balance remaining after settlement of pending wagers will be returned to your registered payment method following successful identity verification.

php999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement; suspected fraud or illegal activity; regulatory direction from PAGCOR; or inability to verify the Player's identity within a reasonable period.

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, php999 may withhold or void balances arising from the breaching conduct. php999's liability to a closed account is limited to the return of legitimately deposited real-money funds only, after deduction of any amounts owed to php999.

php999 reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, php999 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

The current version of these Terms is always available at php999.net/terms-conditions and is marked with the effective date. Continued use of the php999 Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and such other statutes as govern online gaming and consumer protection in the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through php999's internal dispute resolution process, accessible via the support team. Disputes not resolved within thirty (30) days may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its published dispute resolution procedures.

Any legal proceedings not resolved through the above process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
